Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellation
You may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Access normally continues until the paid period ends unless fraud, chargeback, or policy violations require earlier suspension.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, duplicate charges, verified technical failure, and actual service usage. Submit the payment reference, account email, and reason to support@example.com.
Non-refundable cases
Consumed subscription periods, third-party platform rejection, missing user permissions, policy violations, and user configuration errors are normally not refundable unless required by law.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take the payment provider's normal processing time.
